5-minute Lowy lunch: Dr M's legacy

by Sam Roggeveen - 11 February 2010 2:07PM

Yesterday the Lowy Institute hosted Barry Wain, whose new book on former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad you have been reading about recently in Graeme Dobell's columns. I spoke to Barry about Dr Mahatir's legacy to Malaysia, and where the country goes to from here.

You can listen to the interview below, while Barry Wain's full address, including a lengthy Q&A session, can be heard here.

You can listen here.

Interpreting the Aid Review

This is the archive of a Lowy Institute blog which ran from January to April of 2011. It was published to debate the Gillard Government's independent aid review, which was then in its research and consultation phase. We offer this archive as a service to researchers and the general public.
