Tim Siegenbeek van Heukelom

Tim joined the Lowy Institute's HIV/AIDS Project as a Research Associate for Pacific Friends of the Global Fund in June 2009. He holds a Bachelors degree in Law and a Cum Laude Masters degree in Public International Law from Utrecht University in the Netherlands.

Tim also has a Masters degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney, where he is working on a PhD in International Security with a focus on food security.
